Data Architecture Project
Our client was experiencing quality and governance issues within their Salesforce and ERP systems. Without a deep understanding of their own data, our client lacked insight on their customer and were unable to improve their customer experience in a meaningful way.
Our client brought on an architect with the help of Proven Process to help with a data solution to better identify their customers. Our architect helped to define customer data elements, attributes, and hierarchies, allowing the client to drill down into their data to define and identify new potential customers. The final deliverable included recommendations and solutions for future data governance challenges and initiatives.

Single Sign-On Solution using AWS and PowerShell

Our client’s application forced its users to create a new username and password with each new session. Not only did this result in a poor user experience, it created redundant data for our client to have to manage.
After reaching out to Proven Process, our consultants were able to build out an SSO solution using PowerShell, which allowed secure connections between AWS (Amazon Web Services) and the client’s applications. The solution generated passwords and created secure, one-time sessions for AWS to client application.

ServiceNow Automation Project
Our client used ServiceNow to manage their employees, however, they had to manually create accounts with each new employee. This manual process was not only inefficient within their onboarding workflow, it ran the risk of human inputting errors.
Our consultants quickly got to work analyzing and defining the business requirements for this automation project. They designed and developed the ServiceNow application and automated processes to provision new employee accounts. In addition to the application, our consultants also designed and implemented a well-defined workflow that established a new catalog process for the Human Resource Information system (HRIS).

Java Software Engineering for LIMS build
Our biotechnology client recently implemented new business processes and rules to improve the user experience for their doctors, nurses and scientists. However, they also needed to enhance their software within the lab information management system (LIMS) in order to fully support the new workflow.
Our client engaged our Java engineers to build a very complicated LIMS application used by their doctors, nurses, and laboratory scientists. Our engineers are currently in the process of designing and implementing the AWS backend using Java that supports 20+ business processes. Along with enhancing the software, our team is also defining and implementing new business rules to further enhance user experience.
